I've been caught up working on my novel and stuff, but I'm glad the Things are back. In other news my poem Casanova Clay is live on Apex Magazine.

Thing 1 & 2 look at each other. Thing 2 has a small wobbly tendril growing from its base.
Thing 2 grows many more tendrils.
Thing 1: What are you doing?
Thing 2: I don’t know.
The tendrils grow into more elaborate shapes.
The tendrils cause Thing 2's body to look more lattice like.
Thing 1 looks at the strange transformation. Thing 2 smiles.
