Sometimes you just have to draw and draw and draw. It's interesting what kind of permission and ease different media provides. There is no way I would draw this comic digitally, it wouldn't occur to me and I would feel endlessly frustrated about getting the spacing right. On a piece of paper it's perfectly natural!
