Here are some more wise words from Jessica Abel. And a good reminder for me! Recently at work I’ve been thinking about people as horses a bunch. A thoroughbred can love to run, but they can’t be running all the time. It’s not a good thing to over train a horse. If you wouldn’t treat a horse that way, don’t treat yourself that way.
